Reverie presents a unique opportunity to experience the freedoms of being a freelance stylist, within the supportive environment of a commission salon. The business side is looked after so that the stylist can focus on their craft. Rental arrangements can also be considered.
We offer a competitive commission, as well as an education allowance. Stylists are encouraged to pursue educational opportunities that excite them, and are offered in house training, and coaching. One on one hang outs happen monthly to ensure open communication, and consistent goal tracking. Stylists are not pressured to sell retail, but offered an affiliate referral link where they earn commission on their clients’ purchases.
Stylists are encouraged to build a schedule that works for them. They are welcome to set their own prices, and have control over their income.
By using an hourly pricing model, stylists can both customize the experience for the client, and create predictability in their own finances. This also eliminates double booking, hidden fees, or tipping.
Specializing is welcomed and encouraged. When a stylist is doing what excites them, the end result will be the best it can be, ultimately benefitting everyone.
We use ammonia free colour, and look to use products that are clean, and free of toxins. We recycle our beauty waste, keeping 95% of it from reaching the landfill.
